Truer’s hot mounting material is made by long-term hot mixing and cooling granulation which uses fine resin as the base raw material, selected minerals or glass fiber as filler. The resin is easier to melt quickly under heating and pressure, so that it can quickly cover and fill the sample, accelerating the mounting process combined with excellent fluidity.
Hot mounting resins are made of the highest quality resins and fillers, combined with advanced and sophisticated mixing processes.

EDGWARMP rotective hot mounting resin is a high hardness hot mounting resin specially designed to protect the edge. It contains a high proportion of glass fiber which can significantly enhance the wear resistance of the resin.
TRAWARMTRAWARM is a transparent hot mounting resin.It adopts highly transparent and hard thermoplastic resin as a basic material. TRAWARM mounting is transparent without bubbles,micro texture tight and fitting. It is very suitable for focusing the application of grinding & polishing details with 360°transparent all-round.
CONWARM is conductive hot mounting resin.It is made by mixing ultra-fine resin powder, filler and highly conductive carbon powder. CONWARM mounting has the characteristics of low resistance and stable conductivity.
ELEWARM resin is dedicated for electrolytic polishing.The resin contains high-surface conductive metal powder, which conduct with soluble in electrolyte at the same time. The sample analysis surface and the mounting material surface are polished synchronously during electrolytic polishing.
Hot Mounting Resin
Hot mounting resin uses thermosetting or thermoplastic resin as the basic raw material, combined with fiber or other fillers to enhance the toughness and wear resistance of the resin, and then mixes to obtain granular mounting materials.
The resin softens and melts when heated and pressurized,penetrates and fills into the gaps and pits of the parts and fully confidence in the sample after cooling.
Hot mounting is the most ideal choice when the laboratory continues to have a large number of samples to prepare, and requires high sample quality, uniform size and shape, and short time.Hot mounting needs to be used with a matching mounting machine.
