The program sets the vacuum degree, vacuum holding time, and number of vacuum cycles, and multiple vacuum cycles can be completed automatically without human supervision. During the vacuuming process, the vacuum degree, time, and number of cycles can be adjusted to achieve the ideal value. Multiple vacuuming cycles do not require human intervention, which can better control the vacuuming process and obtain consistent and reproducible results. It makes less cleaning work.

The spacious vacuum chamber is equipped with a high-visibility transparent cover, which can clearly observe the entire vacuum impregnation process. The manual wheel at the bottom of the vacuum cylinder can easily turn the mold under the drip nozzle of the infusion tube to easily position the sample. The valve used to control the flow of epoxy resin is easy to operate. The disposable infusion tube and drip nozzle ensure that the resin can be smoothly filled and flowed into the mounting mold. There will be no resin overflow in the vacuum chamber during operation, which is fast and efficient.

Up to 9 pieces with 30mm diameter sample mounting molds can be placed on the practical mounting mold holder. When placing 40mm diameter sample mounting molds, 6 pieces can be installed at the same time. The practical mounting mold holder can be rotated slowly in the vacuum chamber. It is convenient for casting and impregnation.
