Penetration-60 (P-60 for short) is a highly adaptable hot mounter. With fast mounting speed and superior sample infiltration protection, the mounting quality and production capacity are doubled. The high adaptability of the equipment can meet the needs of different diameters, different resin powders, and different cooling methods. The equipment has three unique skills: strong heating, surging pressurization, and extremely fast cooling, which can compress the mounting process time within 5 minutes. The appearance is sharp and angular, rigid but round which was designed by the master designer. It is a combination of square and round, low-key but elegant.

Penetration-30 is a fully automatic single-station metallographic sample mounting machine that is suitable for hot mounting materials such as thermosetting and thermoplastic materials. The cooling method is water cooling, which cools quickly; the entire mounting process is programmed and automatically controlled without test personnel are required to be on duty.

MSQ-30 is a mechanical mounting machine. The hand wheel outside the machine body is rotated.The screw rod inside the machine body is driven by a pair of bevel gears to make the lower mold of the pressed sample move up and down in the steel mold sleeve. The thermogenic plastic and the mounted sample are formed under heating conditions.

Truer’s hot mounting material is made by long-term hot mixing and cooling granulation which uses fine resin as the base raw material, selected minerals or glass fiber as filler. The resin is easier to melt quickly under heating and pressure, so that it can quickly cover and fill the sample, accelerating the mounting process combined with excellent fluidity.

Truer's mounting samples auxiliary clamp is mainly used to support and assist some small, thin, irregular, needle-shaped, and round samples when the sample is mounted,so that the sample can stand stably in the mounting cavity or mold.

The selected support auxiliary clamp can ensure that it will not interfere with the internal structure of the sample during the grinding, polishing or corrosion process.

Mounting release agents prevent mounting resin from sticking to the mounting cylinder plunger or mounting cup during pressurized or poured mounting.

Truer offers two options for powdered or liquid release agents, which can be applied quickly and easily in the mounting machine cavity or mounting cup.
