PreciseCut-10/100 is a high-precision and easy to position precision cutting &grinding machine with multi-function, widely used in minerals, bones, teeth, semiconductors, PCBs, solder balls, etc. Its X-direction moving arm can achieve 5~100 micron movement increments, ensuring high cutting accuracy. It can shorten cutting time and avoid overheating for rotary cutting of tubular and circular samples and oscillating cutting of hard materials. In addition, its grinding function can achieve precise control of removal amount in the X-direction movement while bringing excellent flatness.It is easy to use.

High precision,accurate positioning

The motor speed of the PreciseCut-10/100 precision cutting&grinding machine is 300~5000rpm/s, the feed speed of cutting can be controlled to 0.005~3mm/s, and the feed speed range of grinding is 0.5~7.5mm/s.

The positioning speed in the Y direction is 13mm/s, and the positioning range is 110mm (accuracy 0.1mm).

The positioning speed in the X direction is 10mm/s, and the positioning range is 60mm (accuracy 0.005mm).

The precision positioning of PreciseCut-10/100 is very smart . The sample gripper in the X direction can input the movement and removal values to complete the cutting or grinding of the set value.

Multi-function,cutting&grinding in one

PreciseCut-10/100 has a special grinding function except its cutting function. Truer has designed cup grinding wheels of different granularity to match the equipment. It uses multiple bidirectional grindings during the X-direction movement to ensure the smoothness of the grinding and can accurately control the amount of material removed by grinding.

Improve the efficiency and cutting ability by batching cutting

The forward movement of the sample gripper in the X direction can support the production of up to 10 slices of equidistant or non-equidistant samples after setting the program, which not only improves the efficiency but also ensures the accuracy of individual slices.

Save and call of method data

Save the correct and successful cutting method for later reuse, ensuring the repeatability and reproducibility of the cutting effect. Users can write customized programs according to the characteristics of their own materials as their own exclusive methods.
