FlatBase30/60+FlatHead-100 is a mechanical single-point loading automatic grinding and polishing machine in FlatSystem combined grinding and polishing machine. FlatBase30+FlatHead-100 is a single-disc mechanical single-point loading grinding and polishing machine. FlatBase60+FlatHead-100 is a double-disc mechanical single-point loading grinding and polishing machine. Grinding and polishing can be completed on the same machine. The machine comes with a water cooling device, which can perform multiple sample preparation steps from rough grinding to fine polishing on the sample.

Sturdy structure

The Flat System is made of a corrosion-resistant painted housing and is extremely durable.

The work plate is provided with a magnetic base by default and can be equipped with a pressure ring.

The operation panel is placed on the top to avoid water stains and damage caused by loose samples, and to avoid accidental changes in the speed setting.

An emergency button is provided.

The oval splash ring prevents water splashes and makes it easier to remove the work plate.。

Heavy lower turntable and cone disc system

Heavy lower turntable.

The thickened all-aluminum lower turntable is heavy and stable. The support and rotation are more stable. No matter how much pressure is applied, the chassis will run at a constant speed to ensure stability. At the same time, the large-mass chassis has sufficient heat capacity to offset the temperature rise, which can prevent overheating during rough grinding of samples.

The cone disc system can quickly remove the grinding disc, which is easy to clean and helps save time.

Supports 300mm working disc (44% more surface area than 250mm, improving sample preparation efficiency).

Speed changed with adjustment

FlatBase30+FlatHead-100 is a single-disc mechanical single-point loading grinder and polisher.FlatBase60+FlatHead-100 is a double-disc mechanical single-point loading grinder and polisher. The speed can be adjusted between 0~1000 r/min and changes with adjustment. (No need to stop the machine to adjust the speed)

Soft start

The grinding and polishing head starts softly to ensure that the sample will not be abraded due to the unevenness of the sandpaper and polishing cloth during automatic grinding and polishing,and extend the service life of the equipment.

Water bowl design

It can prevent abrasive particles from flowing into the sewer and causing blockage. It can also complete cleaning conveniently, always keeping the water tank clean.

Universal faucet

Free bending, unrestricted cleaning range, and arbitrary height adjustment.

Pressure adjustment and adding liquid automatically

Spring mechanical single-point pressure adjustment (5~30N)

Mechanical single-point loading pressure head, the pressure position can be adjusted. The screw thread adjusts the starting position of the presser foot, the built-in spring provides mechanical loading force, and the force scale is attached to the pull rod, and the specific pressure value can be read.

The external automatic liquid filling module can support 5~8 types of liquids with different particle sizes.
