The grinding disc is specially designed for magnetic grinding and polishing machines. The grinding disc uses a steel plate as a backing, and the resin-bonded abrasive block is fixed on the backing substrate. GD grinding discs have a longer lifetime than traditional silicon carbide sandpaper.

The magnetic conversion device of Truer belongs to the 1+N magnetic rapid conversion system. It is composed of a magnetic disc and multiple exclusive anti-stick discs to achieve rapid conversion of different grinding and polishing media. It can achieve magnetic absorption upgrade of traditional clamp-type grinding and polishing machines.

The device can easily switch between sandpapers of different particle size, polishing cloths of different materials, and different types of steel backs to make grinding discs easier to clean, greatly reducing the workload of laboratory sample workers and improving work efficiency.
