Standard 250mm cutting disc,cutting diameter of working piece is 90mm or 120X42mm.For slender stick-like working pieces, the spare plate of the machine cover can be removed and the working piece can be extended in length.

High efficient in cooling and multi-function coolant pipe

The large-flow water pump provides sufficient cooling for cutting and is equipped with a through-type quick-insert flushing water gun. The water gun can flush the chamber and the cooling pipeline can be turned on in seconds when opened.

Bottom design for fast drainage

It is very convenient to rinse and clean the bottom of the cutting chamber which has a large slope, can quickly and smoothly discharge the cutting fluid and chips. A filter screen is installed at the drain outlet to prevent small cut samples from falling into the drain pipe.
