MHV-1000Z digital display micro Vickers hardness tester adopts unique precision design in mechanics, optics and light source, making the indentation imaging clearer and the measurement more accurate. Equipped with digital display micrometer eyepiece, there is no need to look up the table or enter the indentation diagonal. The test method, test force, indentation length, dwell time, number of measurements, conversion scale, date and time can be more intuitively displayed on the large screen. When operating, just measure the indentation and press the eyepiece button to automatically calculate the hardness value and display it on the screen. The data results can be saved and viewed in a table, or output through the built-in printer, and equipped with an RS232 interface for users to connect to the computer for output.
Optional Knoop indenter for Knoop hardness measurement, optional 2kg test force, optional LCD video measurement device and CCD image automatic measurement system.
