601MHB digital display small load Brinell hardness tester is a high-tech product integrating opto-mechanical and electrical. It has a novel and beautiful shape, good intuitiveness, operability and reliability. It is an ideal product for testing small load Brinell hardness.
This instrument has 8 levels of test force and 9 test Brinell scales for optional selection; it has two sets of objective lenses, 5× and 10×, and both can participate in the measurement; automatic switching between objective lens and indenter; the test force holding time can be preset and the strength of the measuring light source can be adjusted; the halogen lamp and LED dual light source design can cope with various sample surfaces; it automatically displays the measured indentation length, hardness value, number of measurements, etc.; the data results can be output through the built-in printer, and it is equipped with an RS232 interface for users to connect to the computer for output; it can also be configured with a video measurement device and a CCD image automatic measurement system according to the user's special requirements.
