Applicable to the hardness measurement of materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, and also suitable for the hardness measurement of some non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite.
-MHB-3000 digital Brinell hardness tester is a mechatronics product with precise mechanical structure and microcomputer controlled closed loop system. The instrument cancels the weight and adopts electric loading and unloading test force. The pressure sensor with 0.5‰ accuracy provides feedback. The CPU controls and can automatically compensate for the test force lost during the test.
The instrument is connected to a digital micrometer eyepiece. There is no need to lookup form or type in the indentation length. The hardness value and test force, holding time, indentation length, etc. can be directly displayed on the LCD screen. When operating, just press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation, and the hardness value can be automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. The reading is accurate and the operation is convenient.
