Applicable to the hardness measurement of materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, and also suitable for the hardness measurement of some non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite.
DHB-3000 electronic Brinell hardness tester is a mechatronics product with precise mechanical structure and microcomputer controlled closed loop system. The instrument cancels the weight and adopts electric loading and unloading test force. The pressure sensor with 0.5‰ accuracy provides feedback. The CPU controls and can automatically compensate for the test force lost during the test.
The test force and holding time can be selected on the touch panel, with reliable repeatability and easy operation. V1.0 Brinell image automatic measurement system is optional.
